Title: Business Support Manager
Location: Boston - Downtown
Job Description: Position will provide strong management in day to day administration and operational support of all sales related processes. Support three teams directly related to sales and service: Client
Service Team, Sales Group and the Offices. Manage implementation of all relevant policies and procedures, ensure compliance and documentation consistency. Participate in rollout of new products and systems, provide training support to all teams on new initiatives. Ensure teams are in compliance with all Federal, State and local laws as well as BPB&TC policies and procedures. Provide sales management support for all relevant reporting and tracking.
Roles and Responsibilities:
•Provide leadership support to Client Service Team
•Build internal and external relationships through exceptional problem solving and ownership
•Manage various DMT administrative functions
•Participate in strategic initiative project teams
•Support Senior Managers of DMT team in project and product initiatives
•Provide guidance and approval assistance to Sales Team
•Provide analysis and development of efficiency opportunities

•5-8 years experience banking
